Scotch Cold Temperature Box-Sealing Tape 3723 securely closes heavy-duty corrugated boxes in 30 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and maintains its strong hold in freezing temperatures. Polypropylene backing is easy to handle and resists abrasion, moisture, chemicals and scuffing to keep packages secure throughout the shipping process. Backing easily conforms around edges and on rough surfaces for a tight seal. Tape offers high edge tear-resistance and split-resistance and is acceptable by the USDA on packaging having minimal contact with meat or poultry prepared under federal inspection. Heavy-duty sealing tape with a 3" core and pressure-sensitive, synthetic rubber hot-melt adhesive is designed to securely seal heavyweight or overpacked cartons and packages for shipping and handling. Tape can be applied with a portable handheld dispenser or stationary definite length dispenser. Tensile strength is 30 lb. per inch.
