8966 Lightweight Cap-Style Hard Hat - Type 1, Class C features six-point suspension and provides lightweight yet durable protection to shield the top of your head from falling objects or bumping into stationary objects. HDPE plastic shell provides comfort without compromising protection. Six-point suspension better disperses the force of an impact. Hard hat offers 36 adjustment points for a custom, secure fit and pivots up and down to clear bandanas or ponytail knots. Use the one-handed, LockFit ratchet system to simply pull the rear knob out and twist to tighten or loosen the fit. Cap-style brim allows you to wear backward to improve upward visibility or forward to keep sun and rain away from your eyes. Ventilated, open frame design releases heat buildup, allowing air to circulate, reducing perspiration in hot/humid working environments. Removable foam-backed sweatband is breathable and washable for all-day comfort.
