The 3M Thinsulate interior (40 g) is a thermal, additional layer that provides warmth in cold, harsh environments. Water-resistant crown avoids absorbing moisture into the lining so hat will remain dry. Side flaps protect ears from the cold when buttoned and enhance hearing when they aren't snapped. Chin strap with adjustable buckle creates a formfitting, customized look that meets your comfort preference. Zippered compartment stores the Skullerz 8945 Universal Bump Cap Insert (not included) to avoid bumps, scrapes bruises and other minor head injuries. Machine-wash hat to wear the next day.
